Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Capital Z, and we understand that sometimes things just don't work out. That's why we offer a hassle-free 14-day return policy on all of our products. Here are the details:

  1. Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
  2. Timeframe: You have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.
  3. Return Process: To initiate a return, please use the return portal or email us at hello@shopcapitalz.com with your order number and reason for the return. Our customer service team will provide you with a return label and instructions for sending your item(s) back to us.
  4. Refund: Once we receive your returned item(s), we will inspect it/them to ensure that it meets our return eligibility criteria. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  5. Exclusions: The following items are not eligible for return: sale items, customized items, and gift cards.
  6. Damaged or Defective Items: If your item(s) arrive damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at hello@shopcapitalz.com. We will work with you to provide a replacement or refund.

Effective immediately, all sale items are eligible for returns, with the following conditions:

  1. Returns for sale items are only eligible for store credit.
  2. All returned sale items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with tags attached.
  3. Sale items must have initiated return within 14 days of purchase to qualify for store credit.
  4. Proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation, is required for all returns.
  5. Store credit will be issued in the form of a gift card and can be used for future purchases.
  6. Refunds will not be issued for returned sale items.
  7. Sale items purchased online must be returned by mail, as specified in our standard return procedures.
  8. Specific items will not be eligible to combine with sale discount codes.
