  1. Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
  2. Timeframe: You have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.
  3. Return Process: To initiate a return, please email us at hello@shopcapitalz.com with your order number and reason for the return. Our customer service team will provide you with a return label and instructions for sending your item(s) back to us.
  4. Refund: Once we receive your returned item(s), we will inspect it/them to ensure that it meets our return eligibility criteria. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  5. Exclusions: The following items are not eligible for return: sale items, customized items, and gift cards.
  6. Damaged or Defective Items: If your item(s) arrive damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at hello@shopcapitalz.com. We will work with you to provide a replacement or refund.

Effective immediately, all sale items are eligible for returns, with the following conditions:

  1. Returns for sale items are only eligible for store credit.
  2. All returned sale items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with tags attached.
  3. Sale items must have initiated return within 14 days of purchase to qualify for store credit.
  4. Proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation, is required for all returns.
  5. Store credit will be issued in the form of a gift card and can be used for future purchases.
  6. Refunds will not be issued for returned sale items.
  7. Sale items purchased online must be returned by mail, as specified in our standard return procedures.

*Terms for Gifted Returns*

Return Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, the purchased item must be in its original condition and packaging.

Return of Gift: If your purchase qualified for a complimentary gift, the gift must also be returned along with the purchased item.

Charges for Retained Gifts: Should you choose to keep the gift while returning the purchased item, a charge equivalent to the value of the gift will be applied to your refund or charged separately.

Gift Condition: The gift must be returned in unused and undamaged condition. Any damage to the gift may result in a deduction from your refund.

Refund Processing: Refunds will only be processed once both the purchased item and the gift are received and inspected.

Exclusions: If the gift is not returned or is returned in a damaged or used condition, we reserve the right to deny the return or charge a fee.
